Prism Cyber Core Acceptable Use Policy
The Acceptable Use Policy sets boundaries for responsible use of the Prism Cyber Core web service and explains customer responsibilities and enforcement.
Purpose & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') outlines prohibited misuse of the Prism Cyber Core web service and connected infrastructure. By using the Service, you agree to follow these constraints. Native desktop and mobile packages are not currently released.
Restricted Activities & Prohibited Use
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, deciphering, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code or underlying privacy infrastructure of the software utility.
- Utilizing the software ecosystem to initiate, facilitate, or support denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, network penetration tests, unauthorized vulnerability scanning, or automated cyber security disruptions.
- Falsifying, manipulating, or spoofing telemetry data, compliance metrics, or system risk scores generated by the application framework.
- Circumventing user authentication protocols, API rate limits, or digital rights management barriers implemented within the platform.
- Using the service in any manner that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
- Sharing, sublicensing, reselling, or redistributing access to Prism Cyber Core to unauthorized third parties.
Enforcement & Termination
Prism Cyber Core reserves the absolute right to investigate violations of this AUP. Non-compliance will result in immediate session revocation, temporary account suspension, or permanent termination of commercial access without a refund, alongside coordination with law enforcement authorities if malicious intent is established. Prism Cyber Core's determination of a violation is final and binding.
Customer Compliance Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring their implementation, data collection methods, and consumer-facing privacy policies comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Prism Cyber Core provides tooling — legal compliance obligations rest entirely with the deploying organisation.
Amendments
Prism Cyber Core reserves the right to update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
