Prism Cyber Core Terms of Service
These terms describe use of the Prism Cyber Core browser service, account and subscription responsibilities, review-first file actions, acceptable use, and important service limitations.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Prism Cyber Core web service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Prism Cyber Core is operated by Prism Cyber Core LLC.
What Prism Cyber Core does
Prism Cyber Core is a privacy-first web file analysis and organization tool. The current web scanner analyzes selected files locally in your browser and helps you decide what to keep or delete. It does not delete files from your operating system directly — all file management actions remain under your control. Desktop software packages are not yet released.
Photo Library and device permissions
The current web experience requests files only when you select or drop them into the browser scanner. The scanner reads those selected files locally for analysis; file contents are not uploaded by the scanner. Account, session, billing, aggregate usage, and security metadata may be processed to provide and protect the service.
Free tier and subscriptions
The current web service offers a free experience and the following paid tiers: Personal / Individual ($9.99 per month or $79.99 per year), Small Business ($59.99 per month or $599.99 per year), Enterprise Security Vault ($249.99 per month or $2,499.99 per year). Features and access are subject to the entitlement shown at checkout; desktop software packages are not yet released. All subscriptions are billed by Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Prism Cyber Core to violate any applicable law, attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the app, circumvent any paywall or access controls, or use automated tools to abuse the service. Accounts found in violation may be terminated without refund.
No warranty
Prism Cyber Core is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Prism Cyber Core's classifications are 100% accurate. Always review files before permanent deletion. Prism Cyber Core is not responsible for any data loss resulting from actions taken based on Prism Cyber Core's analysis.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism Cyber Core's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Prism Cyber Core is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Prism Cyber Core after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
