Getting started
- Open prismcybercore.com/app in a current browser and sign in when prompted.
- Choose files in the browser scanner; selected file contents are analyzed locally by the current scanner.
- Review findings and choose any available action explicitly.
- Use the current dashboard's Vault controls, report exports, and account settings where available.
Privacy and scanning questions
- The current web scanner reads selected files in your browser and does not send their contents to Prism's API.
- File reading, OCR, and classification happen in your browser; account sign-in, subscription verification, support, and payment flows process the records needed for those features.
- The scanner looks for PII and financial, government-ID, medical-record, credential, and sensitive-document patterns. It is not a traditional antivirus.
- Local browser results do not automatically move between devices. Export anything you need before clearing storage or changing devices.
Reports, billing, and requirements
- Reports summarize scanner findings and session details for review. They are not legal or regulatory certifications or a substitute for qualified professional review.
- Subscription access and feature availability follow the entitlement shown at checkout.
- The web app requires a current Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari browser with JavaScript, WebAssembly, and browser file access enabled.
- An internet connection is required for the web app, account sign-in, subscription validation, and service requests.
Contact support
General support, billing disputes, security vulnerabilities, and privacy or data requests can be sent to support@prismcybercore.com. Include your browser name and version, operating system name and version, the affected page URL, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, session tokens, or sensitive file contents.
Software release status
Prism Cyber Core software is pre-release: final testing and release preparation are in progress. No public launch or access date has been announced. Native desktop and mobile packages are not publicly released.
Education is a separate product line; purchase availability is shown for each course.
Local scanner and optional web Vault
Selected file contents are analyzed locally in your browser. The scanner does not upload selected original files, original image pixels, OCR text, or matched sensitive values. If you explicitly choose a web Vault action, file metadata and generated thumbnail data may be transmitted to Prism's backend. A generated thumbnail is an image preview and may contain sensitive information from the selected image; it is not the original file.
